LCD is an acronym for Liquid Crystal Display. LCD displays have been around for a long time and are very popular in everyday life. Currently they are the most popular form of TV , computer, tablet, and phone screens. This is in addition to the clocks, watches, thermostats, stereos, scales and other countless devices that have used LCD screen for decades. All three of these pictures are LCD displays.
